I have a use case where the ability to use a project or context environment variable in a scheduled workflow would simplify our workflow. This will allow us to schedule a build and upload to veracode for a particular release candidate and could be controlled by the environment rather than the config.yml file. That prevents having to change files in VCS thus causing redundant builds and pull requests. It also allows our admins to manage what branches are built and uploaded to veracode rather than developers
For example, we'd like to be able to replace "RC7-18" with an environment variable:
cron: "30 16 * * 1-5"
