Capability to end a job successfully and skip following steps

Right now we have a deploy step where we deploy a build in certain conditions (if we arent frozen, and if the branch is master or a release branch)

Right now the filters takes care of the branch bit, but any other custom conditions we have, like is this the current release branch. or is auto deploys to staging paused cannot be added as a filter.

Would be a really cool if i could add a shell command which says that the current flow is complete. I could use when, but it feels dumb to say ok fail this step on purpose so we dont proceed to the other steps.

There is a semi-hack for this. Try `run: circleci step halt` as a step. It will exit the job and skip all subsequent steps.
