If SSH is enabled for the environment you might want to know about it - possibly to let all tests run (if you're practicing differential tests) or disable some other features you'd otherwise run with normally. Being able to determine whether the build was run with SSH Enabled saves me from having to temporarily modify the config manifest when debugging (resulting in junk commits I have to squash later). This information is already exposed in your build manifest which I access and export myself by doing the below:
`cat /.circleci-runner-config.json | jq .Dispatched.SshEnabled`
